Всем привет! Немного о себе! Тружусь тренером уже 10 лет, с 2008 года! В армии тоже писал программы офицерам, так что этот год в копилочку! Именно в армии я познакомился с кроссфитом, в 2010-м году. Там и начали пробовать выполнять комплексы! Со временем, взгляды на тренинг менялись и сейчас я пришёл к тому, что есть клиент и его задачи: и под каждую задачу есть эффективные методы решения! А что это будет: кроссфит-комплексы, тренировки в тренажёрном зале, стретчинг или что-то ещё - это уже задача тренера - выбрать инструмент! Я против догматических идей - что каким то направлением/методом можно решить все задачи людей, которые к нам (тренерам) приходят! Лучшее решение - индивидуализировать программу под каждого человека! P.S. Планирую взять несколько человек на он-лайн ведение (программирование и ведение по программе). 4 IMPORTANT TIPS TO BUILD MUSCLE - If you want to build muscle, there's many things you need to take into account. But in my personal opinion, these 4 things top the list of importance when it comes to packing on mass to your frame. - 1) CALORIE SURPLUS: You need to eat more calories than your burning in order to build muscle - 2) GET ENOUGH SLEEP: Sleep is when the muscle really gets the chance to recover and grow. Try to get 7-9 hours a night. - 3) PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD: You need to increase training volume over time in order to see results. You can do so by adding weight/sets/reps over time. - 4) STAY CONSISTENT: This, to me, is the most important. You can eat in a calorie surplus, get enough sleep, and use progressive overload, but if you aren't consistent with these things, your progress is gonna stall.
