It IS ok to not be ok, self care IS important. If you're overcome with the feeling of your life spiralling out of control with no way to fix or change things, you need to let your mind rest so it can actually think clearer. You need to let your body rest so you can rise up to any challenge. You may even need to isolate yourself, just for a while, because the world around us can be toxic. People can be toxic.
Thank you all again. Heed this advice when times feel too hard, it really helped me.
