Muscle takes up less space than fat. Strength training does. not. make. you. bulky. You do not have to train to look like She-Hulk. I lifted 6,744 pounds this morning and thanks to all the lean muscle in my body, I’m going to burn more calories today at 145 than I did at 160 when I started working out in my garage almost two years ago. That means more food for me...and you know I love my food. .
