M O T I V A T I O N 🌿 Aujourd’hui j’ai passé un cap un peu contradictoire ! Déjà 1e fois de toute ma life que j’ose montrer mon bidou (forcément beaucoup moins plat quand je suis debout 🙈) & certains pourront penser que ce n’est pas une avancée mais je me suis enfin Désabonnée de ma salle de sport. Et OUI ! Trop de kilomètres, trop de flemme, trop de retenue par rapport au regard des gens... et trop d’excuses bidons pour ne pas y aller... alors que chez moi, j’ai le matos, y’a pas de route, y’a pas d’horaires, y’a que mon chien pour me dévisager et je suis beaucoup plus assidue (3 à 4 séances/semaine depuis le mois de mai) 🏋🏻‍♀️ #motivation #fitness #fitlife #fitlifestyle #fitnessmotivation #musculation #strongwomen #sbb #strongbodybook

Od kiedy życie to już nie tylko moja samotna droga, ale najpiękniejszy spacer za rękę z miłością mojego życia @b.falek 💙 - trudniejsze stały się dla mnie późne godziny pracy i powroty do domu po 21. Praca, która przez ostatnie 5 lat była dla mnie tak ważnym i wspaniałym aspektem zeszła jakby na dalszy plan. Zaczęłam poszukiwać... Choć nie wiem, czy mogę powiedzieć, że dopiero zaczęłam- bo tak, jak powiedziała to jedna z najbardziej inspirujących kobiet na mojej drodze „Ty Pati jesteś osobą poszukującą...”. Z czym całkowicie się zgadzam. Życie jest tak dynamiczne i tak wspaniałe, że chciałoby się zaczerpnąć z niego jak najwięcej. Ludzie mówią, że nie da się złapać wszystkich srok za ogon, ale ja ostatecznie uważam to za ciekawość świata, doświadczanie i naukę. Przez ostatnie 5 lat zaczerpnęłam od życia ogrom lekcji. 5 lat jako instruktor Zumba Fitness, Salsation czy Fit&Funky sprawiło, że poznałam mnóstwo ludzi- a każda napotkana osoba dała mi lekcję, czasem lepszą, czasem gorszą. Jednak przyszedł ten moment, w którym zrozumiałam, że chcę poświęcić swoje serducho w jednym miejscu. Od zawsze słyszałam, że będę nauczać... Wiele razy zapierałam się rękoma i nogami, aż pewnego dnia po prostu byłam pewna czego chcę. Od tej pory już nie wątpię tylko stosunkowo przygotowuję się, by jak najlepiej rozpocząć nową pracę. W tym samym czasie postaram się jednak nie zaprzestać mojej wielkiej pasji do zdrowego gotowania, siłowni i trybu życia, który po prostu lubię prowadzić. Może pod okiem @pawelfitnessworld uda się nawet zrobić jakąś fajną formę. I am a big fan of ISO exercises and decided to mix it up today and do a multi stage eccentric ISO paused Single Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts. Do you find it difficult to feel your hamstrings during certain movements? I guarantee if you try this, you’ll start feeling them. Best to start with bodyweight as it’s super important to not go to heavy on this one when you start. You want to get technique right first then increase the weight. • Since these require high amounts of motor control and stability, keep your reps between 5-8. It'll also help you avoid making this a balancing act. If you can do this, you’ll see your loads linearly progress, and chances are your back and hip strength will start boosting your big lifts as well. • You won't master this movement without stability. So keep tension through your glutes, core and shoulders before you start the lowering phases. If you’re having balance issues, hold onto a wall of chair and focus on bracing yourself the same way you would during big barbell lifts. • Why train one leg at a time? Because a lack of single leg stability, strength, and power is linked to lower back pain and knee injuries. Plus, single-leg training is a powerful orthopedic health indicator. But it's not always easy to get unilateral lifts right. That's where pauses come in. They force you to perfect your technique. #thursdaythoughts 💭 . How many people do not have #bodyconfidence ?? . I know I don't! But I am starting to learn to love my body, no matter what shape or weight I am. Although I would like to trim down a bit, lose a bit of body fat and look leaner, I am grateful for what I have got. I'm always stating how much weight I've put on recently, but then I look at how far I've already come and don't let it get me down! . I'm starting to realise you don't have to have a tiny waist to be body confident, you don't have to have the smallest frame or ripped abs to wear a bikini and you certainly don't need to be a tiny dress size to feel sexy!🙌🏼 everyone should be grateful for what they have. . The best thing I ever did was stop weighing myself, obviously it is needed at times, but focusing on a number on the scales can be so mentally draining, it can get you down and make you think you're not progressing. That number isn't everything! It's much more than that and there's a lot more to your weight than a number. . I'm starting a health and nutrition course next week and I can't wait to learn even more about the body and how things work on the inside. It's so interesting to hear other people's thoughts on health and nutrition, but at the end of the day it's easy. Energy in vs energy out, if you're eating more than you're burning you'll gain weight. Be more active, eat more of the correct things and everything in moderation! Make healthier choices, control your portion sizes and limit your cheat MEALS (not days). . I have had a long-standing hate relationship with soy, mostly because more and more scientific evidence shows that the soy we consume today has numerous harmful effects on our bodies. I also do not trust a crop that is poisonous in its raw form (it must be cooked before consumption)😌⠀ The Okinawans - one of the healthiest population in the world - are credited for giving soy its popularity - and they ate a lot of it. Problems is, the soy they consumed is completely different from the one harvested today in the US (second biggest soybean exporter in the world). Over 90% of soy produced in the US is genetically modified, contributing to a lot of health problems, like destroying gut health.⠀ Soy contains high levels of goitrogens, which are compounds that inhibit the thyroid’s ability to utilize iodine correctly, leading to hypothyroid problems.⠀ Soy contains plant estrogens, which can cause different kind of cancer for both men and women.⠀ Studies leading back as far as the 1970s have linked the consumption of soy products with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) due to the fact that soybeans tend to soak up manganese from the earth, which we end up consuming. If you are a big fan of soy, just do your research before buying it.
