There are two training programs. One that requires equipment such as resistance bands and Bosu (less than $20 at your local Walmart) or a no equipment plan...meaning absolutely N O T H I N G but your body weight. This challenge can be done from the comfort of your home or at your gym. •••••

Try this HIIT routine 👆🏽. Each exercise involves CORE (obliques, abdominal, back); and Zone 2-3 training for maximum fat 🔥effects for stubborn areas like the back and waistline. ⏳Opt for 45 seconds of activity and a 60 second break after completing all 4 exercises. Repeat for 20 minutes. 💦 •
