We now live in a world in which schools teach subjects like coding and robotics so that digital-native kids can learn how to use it. Today we have more food available than ever before, yet we eat worse than ever before. This is a main contributing factor to our current skyrocketing rates of obesity, diabetes, etc. If kids learn about technology, why don’t they learn about food and how to eat healthy? It’s something we all do at least three times a day, every single day.
Going on a diet has become synonymous with feelings of frustration. Eating more real food and less ultra-processed food eliminates the “need” for extreme dieting. You can still have ice cream, pizza, cookies, and milkshakes. Just make sure you have them sparingly.
