Anywho, had kale, plantain chips, and sardines with coconut aminos for a since . Had an excellent recommendation from @ about getting boneless, skinless sardines and she was spot on. Thanks for the suggestion!! Officially 3 weeks on . Things are going really well.
My digestion is nearly optimal after YEARS of struggling with constipation (TMI, but keeping it real.) All long I just needed food sources of omega 3 - NOT fish oil supplements or cod liver oil. And, well, I didn’t JUST need omega 3 but it was perhaps the “missing link” to tie all my efforts together. Fatty acids for the win 🙌
