ANTICS OR GYM?? There’s loads of reasons why I love Antics.
But if I had to pick the most important one, it’s this....RESULTS!! Before I explain, allow me to clarify that I’m not poo pooing gyms. I myself train in my home gym and see it as an important part of my training regime.
Whatever form of exercise you take is a good thing. Any time you can get your heart rate up and work to improve yourself is great, regardless of how you go about it.
BUT...I worked in gyms for 4 years before I started Antics. I used to see the same people come in day after day, week after week, month after month...and not change shape.
Obviously it’s never a bad thing to workout, but in reality the vast majority of people going to the gym were doing so because they were trying to change their body. I felt sorry for them as it must be extremely frustrating to spend so much time and money on something and not see the desired results.
SO I SET UP ANTICS...I was tired of seeing people waste money and not get results.
