You can't even see them in this pic but the red chili pepper turkey burgers we had tonight were delectable 🤤🤤👌 I wasnt sure how they would turn out because I kind of just threw everything together without following a recipe + hoped they turned out. I've also never used red chili peppers before so I wasnt sure how much to use. Thankfully they turned out very tasty with just the right amount of heat 🔥🔥
I don't have exact measurements but this is roughly how I made them: press out all excess juices from 1 lb of ground turkey meat with paper towel, transfer to mixing bowl + add in seasoning (I used dill, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder + @mrsdashrecipes original seasoning). Add in finely chopped chili peppers, one egg + approx 1/4 cup of almond flour. Refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour (or longer if you want to prep it in the morning or so!). Grill on medium heat until done or on the stove in a pan. Serve on a lettuce bun with desired toppings! I chose pickles, ranch, mustard + ketchup.
