Holy Fall! I know everyone is super excited and you’re all probably tired of seeing fall and pumpkin stuff on your feeds and I’m sorry. Yesterday I made pumpkin oats and forgot to post them 🤷🏻♀️. They were decent! I think they may have needed a little more seasonings so I’m going to work on that! But I made oats with water in the microwave, added some peanut butter made from pb 2, canned pumpkin 🎃, cinnamon, topped with honey 🍯 and some almonds for crunch! I’ll probably try adding some other seasonings next time! Not all my food is super super nice looking and I kinda get bummed when it’s just one color like this, but at least it was a pretty color! And I try to be honest about how it tastes because I don’t wanna ever mislead anyone! It’s not always perfect and that’s fine! ———————————————————————————
I’m starting to get to a point where it’s rough for me to lose weight, and I’m still not doing cardio because of my groin, so I’m trying to be patient with myself. I’m also trying to remain positive and remind myself that I’m at a plateau, and I’m not gaining weight. I was reminded the yesterday to be gentle with yourself because you’re doing the best you can and you just need to not be so hard on yourself sometimes. You’re not God and you’re not a super hero so you can’t do everything! Sometimes things like weight loss have to take a back seat and you need to ride out plateaus. Those things look sick anyway. They look like God was using a 3D printer to make a mountain and decided “eh I kinda like it unfinished”. So enjoy the beauty in plateaus haha! I hope everyone has a great start to their week!
