How much chemicals do you think human "civilization" throws daily in rivers, oceans, lakes and the air we all breath? We used to repeat, "we are what we eat" but we also are what we drink and most possibly what we throw. Into our waters, we then drink from, our land, we walk upon and grow our foods. Those chemicals that can interfere with the functioning of hormones in animals and people, causing cancer and fertility problems according to studies.
Doesn't it look ridiculous that we used to wear plastic gloves while cleaning to "safely" throw chemicals in the sewerage and filling all the waters and streams running through our lands with a poison. Isn't it insane? But it isn't all. Plastic package would follow! You humans are damn intelligent!
I started to use soda for cleaning as soon as i learned how to clean in the time when there were not fancy cleaning brands, there wasn't even liquid soap! 😂😂
But the toilet liquid cleaner was CONVENIENT, so i started to grab what required a bit less effort and was easier to apply. This is how it happens that nature pays for our CONVENIENCE and eventually WE HAVE TO PAY TOO. But who wants to think about something that will be in a very distant future and seems so vague and uncertain? Maybe it will not happen? Maybe someone will figure out the solution till then? SOMEONE... Not us, right?
Thanks to @ for this simple but killer recipe of a toilet cleaner! Simple soda works too, btw 😉
Recipe: 1 cup of soda + 1 cup of citric acid + lavender essential oil (you can use any, i just like lavender 😊)
Directions: spray in commode and leave for a while. Clean with a toilet brush.
