We all fall off the wagon sometimes. It’s normal. But what’s important is that we bounce back and get back on the wagon. .
When I started my at home workouts and drinking my superfoods shakes, I was all in. I worked hard and lost 35 pounds in 5 months and I worked hard to keep it off for another 4 months. But then life got busy, and I used it as an excuse. I was working 70 hours a week between teaching and coaching dance and my boyfriend and I had just started dating. And slowly 15 pounds crept back up on me and I lost some of that muscle tone I had worked so hard for. I was discouraged. .
But then dance season was over and I decided it was time to drop my excuses (again). I started 80 Day Obsession and with lots of commitment and accountability from my supportive community if ladies, those 15 pounds went back off within 40 days. .
I still make mistakes, I still have unplanned cheat meals, I still miss workouts, I still miss my superfoods some days. And that’s okay, we’re not meant to be perfect. Just better than the person we were yesterday. .
