PIYO LIVE workout today with @ 🙏
It was such a great sweat session! I decided I was going to get up earlier than usual, drink my morning go juice and go to a Piyo class since today was Piyo for me anyway!
I'll be honest, I really wanted to sleep in a bit more but I committed to something and I didn't want to let myself down or the person teaching the class! So, I did a little 5,4,3,2,1~ ass out if bed!!
I read a post from another coach yesterday and it talked about motivation.
I realize I always say Monday motivation, but shouldn't it be motivation Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and so on. Instead we always focus on this one day, but why?
We should be focusing daily, by the hour, the minute and second on not just motivating others but ourselves as well.
The first day of the week shouldn't be our motivating factor to get up earlier than usual, workout for the first time in one or two days, decide your job search, etc....
This should be EVERYDAY!
So, I'm asking you, what are you putting off until Monday when you can do whatever it is you want to "get done"? If you really want it start today, yes on Wed! It's just another day in the week!
Make yourself proud, step outside that comfort zone and dive in head first into what you really want to do but may be too scared to do!
