I have always been like Seinfeld “I choose not to Run”. I’ve been closed to the thought of doing it and established a very dangerous thought process. One that gives me permission to not do something just because I don’t like it.
So yesterday I decided that it is no longer a good thing for me and as at today I am beginning my running journey today. My goal is to be able to #run 5k.
Using the run:walk method to get me there. I stated with 1m:4m and did just under 4k.
I think I can extend the run cycle now but for now I’m going to not push myself too hard.
