It’s arms and abs day, let’s get them popping! Healthy eating is a lifestyle and not a diet and i can tell you that spending hours at the gym will not give you lean muscles. It is 80% your food intake and only 20% working out. So here is todays workout, You can use a bench, chair, couch or a stool to be on on an incline position. keep in mind you can always modify this move by doing this exercise on your knees without any inclination. So why are we using that incline? It is pretty simple we are adding more weight on our arms by elevating our lower body and keeping our posture as straight as possible at all times. We are also indirectly targeting our abs with this exercise.

2️⃣10 incline wide arms push ups
3️⃣squat jump for 60sec
4️⃣10 incline shoulder width apart push ups
5️⃣side jump for 60sec
6️⃣10 incline diamond push ups
7️⃣10 incline mountain climbers
