Hey everyone, I just wanted to share the journey I have been on for the past 18 months or so. For about 4 years I let stress and "life" overtake me. In 2016 I was about 205 pounds and had very low energy levels. I felt bad all around.
My wife, and now Diamond Beachbody coach, found almost immediate success with the Beachbody programs and nutrition plans she was using. She tried to get me to try it, but I will admit I was stubborn and first and declined. I had been an athlete my whole life and went to the gym (or at least had a membership 😀). In 2017 I "gave in" and drank one of her shakes she drank every morning. I have had a shake every morning since. I have completed multiple programs including P90X, 22 Minute Hard Corps, Core De Force and 80 Day Obsession.
I am very excited to start the new program LIIFT4 on Monday! I am excited to now be an active coach with my wife and living a very healthy lifestyle. I feel great all around and have more energy to play with my kiddos. We are also setting a great example for our kids.
I have lost and kept off over 25 pounds, but my journey is still ongoing. Its not just about losing weight, but how you feel and achieving your goals. No more #dadbod for me!
