Carbs- to eat them or not????? I get told ALL the time “I’m afraid of carbs and don’t want to eat them”
But also get told all the “I have such a sweet tooth and can’t stop the night cravings!” Here’s what I have to tell you.. Your body needs carbs, proteins, veggies, fruit and good fats.
Your body craves sugars and junk when your body is missing nutrients, and those are a quick fix. By adding even just carbs with breakfast and lunch you will be amazed how much better you will fell at night.
Here’s the trick though- healthy carbs- old fashioned oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, couscous, rice cakes, beans- try to primarily stick with these. And get them in earlier in day not before bed.
