Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM are all great for joint health and lubrication which I forgot to mention in my videos, I would also add beta alanine and l arginine to performance since they’ve been scientifically proven to improve strength and endurance, and to increase Nitric Oxide respectively.
As for how you use them, I mentioned the way to use creatine but forgot to tell you about the rest, so for pre workouts, you take 1 scoop 30 minutes before starting lifting weights, and you can increase the dose once you start to develop tolerance.
As for whey protein, saying that you have to use it right after your workout is a myth, as the so called “anabolic window” doesn’t even exist, you can consume whey protein anytime you want as long as you get your daily protein requirement. As a general rule, for people who want to lose weight I recommend they drink shakes as meal replacements, if you want to gain weight you can drink them with meals, this way you can eat less in the first method and you can eat more in the second.
As for the other vitamins and supplements, you can consume them once a day with your biggest meal.
