🦋🦋🦋 People ask me all the time how I stay motivated through the craziness of life. I wish I had a definite answer for you guys, but I don’t. All I know is that I don’t have some secret that I’m holding out on you 😝😝😝. I am not this freak of nature who doesn’t get tired, lazy or lacks motivation. There are days where I don’t feel like working out (generally these are on days like today which are super nice outside and all I want to be doing is soaking up the sun — I get serious “nice weather fomo” 🌈🌞😎). But guys, let’s get real. If we want something, we make it happen no matter what and we make it fit into that schedule of hours. I know what you’re thinking, “but, I don’t really want to workout” 😩😩😩. You’re right, you may not want to workout or eat healthy, but you do want to feel confident in your own skin. You do want to be able to go up the stairs without getting out of breath. You do want to FEEL better, don’t you 😍😍😍? So, no matter what day of the week it is, or what excuse I have concocted in my brain to make it acceptable not to workout, I shut it off 🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️. I change my mindset. I look at my workout as a blessing, because it is such a blessing! It is me time. It is time to de-stress, to relax, to socialise, to challenge myself, to push hard, and be a little better than the day before 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. I can promise you, you’re going to feel a whole lot better if you stick to those goals you have set for yourself. ✨✨✨ Learn to make the process fun! Commit to consistency. Don’t over think it. — Keep consistently striving for what you want to achieve. It will come as a direct result of that consistency. Not overnight, not from short-cuts, but by turning up day after day 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼.
