I’m practicing being thankful this week. For being so close to the beach, for the people in my life, for my dog, for my tiny travel trailer that I call home, for my ability to heal people in pain. For the little moments like driving past mountainscapes while listening to a good song.
Remember to not let the “bad vibes” ruin your good vibes. Negative thoughts can be addicting & will snowball into panic attacks if you let them - control them as they form, acknowledge them & then ask them to leave. Replace them with thoughts of something or someone you’re thankful for.
Remember: YOU are in control of YOU, no matter what’s happening to you externally. Practice exercising this like a muscle; in time, the ability to feel thankful even in the worst situations will flow easily. 💋
