My beautiful little boy has brought me soo much more than I ever could have imagined. He motivates me every day just by his very existence. This post is for all you mamas 👶 out there, who struggle to make that time for you, who really want to have their body back 🤰 after producing the most amazing, loveable thing in the 🌍 ! I’m here to say it’s all possible!

Yes, the physical results are plain to see, but it’s the psychological difference that leading a healthy 🥑 lifestyle has brought to me & my ability to pour from a cup ☕️ that is more full. Making precious time for me, means I can give more back to my little family 👪.
