When your body is fighting bugs it's so important to give it the gift of good food - but we also don't feel like cooking! .
It's even harder to eat well when on your own - it seems like such a chore to cook for one.
I gave myself a 3 hour kitchen blitz this afternoon so I've got good nutrition this week whilst my body fights infection. So grateful I have my thermie and @ THM, @ Quirky Cooking, and @ Pete Evans' BHG recipe!
3 hours today has saved me eating easy-grab crap from drive thru's or supermarkets, money on crap with ingredients i can't even pronounce, and above all - TIME. Working full-time and being on the road means lack of energy or headspace to devote to my dinners in the working week. .
I now have:

Protein Boost to add to cereal/shakes (The Healthy Mix III)
Cookie Dough Raw Balls (Quirky Cooking)
Nut free muesli bars (Better Homes & Gardens Sept issue, Pete's Kitchen)
Chicken, Chickpea & Veg curry (Sarah Moore Wellness)
