Sunday Story Time, I don’t know why, but I tend to do things over the top sometimes. Sometimes, I can be a little “extra.” During high school, probably between grade 10-11, I took a girl out for dinner. We went on a small cruise on the Nile River. We had dinner, there was a bloke singing his heart out, we followed that with dessert, and finally, to add the “extra”-ness in this story, we gazed into moonlight as we listened to the sound of our boat crushing the water. Then, when it came time to pay, homie (me) didn’t have his wallet on him; it was in the car. She paid for the whole bill. Whatever, she was loaded! I enjoyed that. We laughed it off. The shipped docked. We walked to the parking lot where we were greeted by the valet. I gave him my ticket, but he never came back. Waited 15 minutes! Nothing! Went to check on him to find him looking inside my trunk. “What’s up?” I yelled! “Sir, you have a flat tire and your spare is also flat,” he whispers. Called my buddy to pick me up. Called the girl a cab because she was bad luck! Never saw her again. Mean I know, but I was a brat so whatever hehehe! If you’re still reading this, comment “skittles” for a chance to win a free preset on mine. Alright, back to the usual. @sam.abadi thinks I suck at story telling. I don’t disagree.
