Having a serious love affair with @’s latest book , particularly her oatmeal recipes like this Miso, Mushroom, and Fried Egg Oatmeal (shown here with pea sprouts instead of arugula because I needed to use them up!) This bowl of savory deliciousness comes together in about 15 minutes and it keeps me satisfied all morning because it’s loaded with protein from oats, mushrooms, and egg. I sprinkle the top with togarashi and scallions for a little flavor boost. My other favorite is the Banana Bread Oatmeal with dates, cinnamon, and almond butter which I shared on Stories last week. SO GOOD!
