I had to take some tome away from intsa....the vibe was killing mine, except I realized that it wasn’t really instagram it was me. As gross as it is, social media has an influence on me and I was following a lot of ppl who have way different goals than me. There is zero problems with their goals, I just started to think they should be mine too. I don’t work out to be a body builder, I’m not into wearing skin tight dresses, I can’t walk in 8 inch heels and if I don’t leave the house I don’t have makeup on. My goals are to be happy and healthy. Do I have room to improve on my lifestyle? ABSOLUTELY! I’m working to find a balance between eating healthy for my body and trying to maintain my pcos as healthy possible. I go to the gym and do HITT at home because I love to workout and it’s a stress relief for me. I’ll probably always have thick thighs and a tummy IMO and that’s ok as long as I’m healthy and can be the best mom possible. It was refreshing taking a break and re-evaluating my goals and my why’s.
