Something i very often forget (and relearn) is that more often than not, stuff works out ok. I’ve been very overwhelmed with assignments/life in general this week. Like almost crying in the library level stressed...but little by little, it’s all working out 😊 just gotta take a breath, take a step away, and realize that you’re ok 👍🏻 Hope you babes are powering over the hump today! M1 - 📸 only had 2 pumpkin mini muffins left so i got really funky with it...hear me out: blended the muffins with ~2tbsp oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cauli rice, @ and apple; heated it in the stove until nice and thick, then served with sautéed apples and almond butter. Sounds insane but it was REALLY GOOD YALL
M2 - @ plain yogurt, first time trying but i liked it! Wish they made an unsweetened version though
M3 - fall in love kale salad with chickpeas
M4 - protein bar
M5 will be a big kale salad that i just picked up and will be eating at the library after my last class 😬 fun plans, i know 😂🤦🏻♀️
