Cold weather means soup season!! I tried out this new recipe and i have to say it is awesome if you’re into creamy rich broths and or any kind of tortellini soup😊 the recipe is from plainchicken.com <— no idea how I found this? (Probably a Facebook link though) I halved the recipe since I’m cooking for one and have had dinner for 4 days!! Great for meal prepping if you’re into that, and keeps surprisingly well in the fridge. Recipe includes: chicken broth (i used low sodium), Italian sausage, petite diced tomatoes, tomato soup, cheese tortellini, and chive & onion cream cheese. So simple and easily thrown in a crock pot in sets. I highly recommend you check it out- “slow cooker tomato tortellini soup recipe”. For those of you eating low fodmap try and use gluten free noodles if you can or maybe you could use it as an exciting tomato sausage soup for a delicious pair with grilled cheese? If you’re not the greatest with dairy there is still enough base ingredients without the cream cheese, just add in some spices that cater to your favorite tastes!
