I am thankful for many things this year—one of those being my journey learning, understanding, & applying essential oils into my everyday life. At first, I was overwhelmed. Overwhelmed because of how many things oils can do for our bodies. I was hung up on trying to figure out which oil was used for what, when to use it, how to use it, etc. Much experimentation later, I’ve realized there is no doing it wrong. Play around with scents you like, mixing with others, and trying ones you don’t really love the smell of (they say those are the ones are bodies need the most!) and if you are looking to use for oils for specific reasons, I’d love to help you get started & get the ones you need 🤗
