Our bodies also run on a "food clock," which takes over when we are hungry....if left too long you get “hangry”. All jokes aside, They by fasting for 12-16 hours, you can trick your body that it's time to sleep. When you break the fast your body thinks it's morning. Even if you aren’t messed up from travel but just having issues with sleep you could still try this fast. ✨
Eat an early dinner around 4pm and then avoid eating until breakfast around 8 am. Once your sleep is back on schedule, stick to normal meal times. ✨
