1. 10 reps 3 sets: the TRICK here is to ALWAYS keep your leg extended. Dont let the band get loose between your legs, and dont use a level that is too hard to perform. Here we recommend our blue medium level.
2. 20 seconds walking squats, 3 sets
3. 15 reps 3 sets
4. 15 reps 3 sets - GO SLOW and controlled. Band under knee. Super important not to rush these and hold up at the top for at least a second.
5. 10-12 reps- also slow and controlled (use lighter resistance if needed)
6. 15 reps 3 sets: hold at the top for at least 2-3 seconds ...
