I know I know, I already made a post like this.So my last posts have been the last 48 hours. Breakfast was coffee with almondmilk, butter, and HWC. Lunch was cheeseburger casserole I made. Ground beef, onion, eggs, cheese, sour cream, jalapeno slices, an avocado, and some hot sauce.Dinner, I made keto pancakes, erythritol based syrup ( ) scrambled eggs, and 6 slices of bacon.I STILL, IN THE LAST 48 HOURS HAVE NOT GIVEN MYSELF 1 UNIT OF INSULIN!!! Only insulin I have had is my basal. I did this N=1 experiment to see how fat adapted I am.My highest blood sugar today got to 154! I do the absolute OPPOSITE of what our 'dietary guidelines' are.
