Tip 6 ~ W R I T E I T D O W N
As requested by @ today’s post focuses on a specific organisational tip and this tip is to “Write it Down”! 📝 How many times have you thought of something to do as soon as you get home from work only to walk into your house, sit on the lounge and struggle to remember what it was that you wanted to do? How many times have you been lying awake at night not able to sleep because you were so concerned about forgetting to do thing XYZ the next day? For me, this was my reality and I was constantly jotting down notes on the “Notes” app of my iPhone, emailing myself reminders while at work, writing lists that were either lost or forgotten, or simply trying to remember things. This wasn’t helpful for me at all and my assumption is that it isn’t helpful for many people.
I now use the app @ and it is literally a lifesaver. With Wunderlist I can write lists for specific topics such as work, home, presents, things to do that day and then view them anywhere and on any device. I currently use Wunderlist on my mibile phone, my desktop PC at work, my MacBook Pro and my iMac. The lists you create on one device syncs to each device so you always have an up-to-date list and can choose the list accordingly, “Work” while at work and “Groceries to Buy” while out at the shops. As a student I also have a “University Studies” tab and then have different subsections such as course names and tasks to be completed and specific assignments and subtasks to be completed. 😊👩💻👯♀️📝 I recommend that you try @ (or a similar app) and let me know how you go – I hope that it will be as helpful for you as it has been for me! Also, if anyone has any suggested topics or ideas that they would like to see on this page please let me know.
Happy list making! 😊📝
