This vegan artichoke dip is a huge hit with everyone here, infact we are having to make another one for tomorrow.
1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained, diced or sliced.
1 cup Parma! ( we are using Better Than Bacon)
1 cup vegan mayo
1 cup sliced up black olives, we accidentally used the water from the olives and the kids can't keep their hands off it, (it's good).
Mix it up, put in glass baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool a little and enjoy warm, in a tea cup with a spoon. (You don't have to cook it, my friend doesn't cook hers and everyone loves it. It's vegan, no eggs, so it's safe to eat uncooked.) #parmaveganparm #vegancheese #veganmeal #plantbased #dip
