The key to improving strength is to first focus on technique. 🤓⁣ ⁣ The easiest way to approach this if you don’t have a coach or your training buds only train arms is to record yourself. 👍⁣ ⁣ The classic side angle with your camera at hip height is a great place to start. Here you can see back alignment, hip height, where your body weight is shifted, the bar path and a great side profile of your head. 🐴⁣ ⁣ Recording with a camera on the ground or held around shoulder height can misrepresent what’s actually going on. 👍⁣ ⁣ In this set on my second rep you can see the bar shift forward before the bar moves off the ground which shot my hips up early, not ideal. 🤗⁣ ⁣ Record yourself. Technique over weight and the strength will come over time. 💪

Tirando os cocos e os sapotis que me dei de presente, a alimentacao sai tão mais barata e fácil, porque já está tudo pronto. Não tenho que queimar no fogo minha comida, lavar panelas engorduradas e nem nada do gênero. É só pegar da geladeira ou prateleira e consumir. Frutas e vegetais apoiam inúmeras formas, todo o planeta! Invista no que vale a pena.
