🎃Pumpkin spice muffins🎃 -2/3 cup oat flour . -2/3 cup spelt flour -2 scoops protein . -1 tsp baking powder and baking soda and salt -1 tbsp apple cider vinegar . -1 cup pumpkin puree -1/3 cup brown sugar . -1+1/3 cup soy milk . -2 tsp pumpkin spice mix 1. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. 2. Then combine both and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 min 3. Let cool. I made a pumpkin icing for the top with: -1/4 cup pumpkin puree -1/4 cup agave -1 tsp pumpkin spice 4. Mix ingredients, add over muffins and enjoyy!!

Incline bench press 🚨 7 pyramid sets of inclune bench went down on my Push workout, 😁 I love high volume workouts 60/80/90/100/100/100/80. Reps ranging from 15-5. Aims to build this up over the next 4 months before backing off the movement and assessing progress. . . One thing i suggest to anyone trying to build more muscle or get in shape. Seek help from people that know more than you. @rhealy96 for instance I know hes been training longer than me plus has a degree in S&C. His knowledge is greater than mine so instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, just ask the person who knows more directly. . . We’ve found I use too much leg drive when pressing possibly because the weight is too much, so im over compensating for the lack of chest strength/ muscle. Another issue is my mobility. Depth could be better I have got long arms for my frame so it does cause me shoulder pain. But improving mobility and rotator cuff strenght I could improve on this with less pain. . . Humble yourself enough to know you dont know it all ask the questions. Selfmade Oatmilk 💚 1 L water 3/4 cup oats 3 soked dates Some cinnamon - Mix everything well and run through a sieve. 🌱 🇩🇪 Meine erste selbsgemachte Havermilch. Sehr günstig und schmeckt super. 1 Liter Wasser 3/4 Tasse Haferflocken 3 Datteln ( hab sie vorher für 10 Minuten ins Wasser gelegt ) Etwas Zimt - Alles gut mixen und anschließend durch ein Sieb laufen lassen.
