Paleo Cauliflower Wings INGREDIENTS: 1 cup water 1 cup all @ottos_cassava_flour flour 2 tsp garlic powder 6 1/2 cups cauliflower florets 3/4 cup @stevespaleogoods Wing Sauce 1 tbsp melted ghee (soy butter for vegan) DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly spray a large non-stick baking sheet with ghee oil. Combine the water, cassava flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; bake for 20 minutes. While the cauliflower is baking, combine the wing sauce and ghee in a small bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with @primalkitchenfoods Ranch.

🌱Yummy goodness right here! So many messages about my tofu recipe so I finally measured it out. Swipe to see my ingredients. . Spicy Coconut Ginger Tofu 1 package Extra Firm Tofu cut into cubes. 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1/2 Tbsp fresh grated giner 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos 2 Tbsp Sriracha (more or less for desired spiciness). . In large fry pan add coconut oil till melted then add fresh ginger. Add cubed tofu and cook on high till brown, about 5-7min. Then add other ingredients and cook for about 5 additional minutes. . I like to double or triple the recipe then divide for the next couple of days for meal prepping. I always cook my veggies fresh just because I don’t like soggy veggies! . ✨SNICKERDOODLE MUG CAKE✨Listen because this is important 👇 Everyone needs super quick & easy desserts in their life! 🙏❤️Here's how:⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 1½ tablespoons almond butter (or cashew butter, or sun butter if you need it to be nut-free)⠀ 1½ tablespoons aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)⠀ 1½ tablespoons maple syrup⠀ ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract⠀ 3 tablespoons milk of choice⠀ 2 tablespoons sugar (plus a little more for sprinkling)⠀ ¼-½ teaspoon cinnamon (depending how much you like)⠀ 6 tablespoons all purpose flour ⠀ ¼ teaspoon baking soda⠀ 1 small pinch salt⠀ DIRECTIONS:⠀ In a 12oz/350ml ish size mug, add nut butter, aquafaba, maple syrup, vanilla extract & milk. Stir until completely smooth. You might need to squish the nut butter about a bit with the back of the spoon to break it down. Add the sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking soda & salt & stir until combined. ⠀ Put in the microwave leaving it uncovered & cook on full power for 1 min. Any other soup recipe is on the menu tonight. I had to save this for when my better half is out since he’s not a fan of mushrooms. . Cream of mushroom soup is a staple in a lot of recipes, but tonight, it’s a meal on its own. . Recipe: 2 tablespoons of chopped onions, 1 large clove of garlic, 3 packs of cremini mushrooms, almond flour, almond milk, veggie stock, salt, pepper, thyme, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder. . Sauter the onions in olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic and chopped mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms shrink by half. Add 2 tablespoons of almond flour. Let that cook out a little bit. I'm in leftover 💖 over here! It's funny because I remember being a kid and absolutely hating leftovers but as an adult it's literally a lifesaver. Double tap if yoy agree! Especially when you're home alone with 3 kids and a newborn that wants to be constantly nursed. This bowl may look pretty but it took me less than 20 minutes to put together thanks to the power of leftovers! Recipe 👇 . . . Cawliflower and tofu: marinated in a mustard, maple syrup, AVC mix then tofu was tossed in cassava flour before both were baked at 375 until ready. . Beans: steamed with sime salt. . Falafel: made from leftover lentil stew by blending it with parsley, oats, cassava flour and spices. . Cawliflower rice and pesto: check a few posts back for the recipe.

Breakfast this morning 😍 Plain english muffin + red potato hash. The hash included yellow onion, yellow bell pepper, red sweet pepper, mushrooms, spinach, garlic salt, black pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and nutritional yeast, then topped with half of an avocado. Soooo good! Even the household meat eater (my dad) approved. ✔️

Potato and sweet potato wedges with a side of salad and our special mustard dipping sauce! 🍠 The potatoes and sweet potatoes are oven baked with himalayan sea salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. For the salad we tossed together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado, and caramelized onions with our homemade mustered dressing. The dressing was done by simply whisking together dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, himalayan sea salt, and black pepper. Lastly, the dipping sauce was made from vegan mayo, dijon mustard, black pepper, and maple syrup which complemented the potato wedges perfectly! 😋

Banana pancakes: quick & simple recipe! 🍌 Blend a cup of oats until it turns into oat flour. Then stir in a teaspoon of baking powder and cinnamon. Once combined blend in one ripe banana and 2/3-1 cup of water. On a medium to high heat pan melt some coconut oil and pour a reasonable amount of batter. Cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side. Once golden brown, plate it and add toppings of your choice! We added some slices of banana, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Vegetable Stir-Fry: with a side of white rice 🍛 Just sautéed any vegetables we had on-hand! For this dish it included carrots, yellow bell-peppers, peas, edamame, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, and broccoli. We sautéed the vegetables in olive oil and once cooked we added garlic, ginger, paprika, black pepper, himalayan pink salt, Sriracha, maple syrup, and soy sauce!

Peanut-butter "puffed"-rice crispy treats: super easy and quick recipe for when you're craving something sweet! 😋 Melt about a cup of peanut-butter and a half a cup of maple syrup till a nice, smooth mixture is formed. Then combine it with 3 cups of "Puffed Kamut Cereal" (rice puffs). Mix it all together until the cereal is well coated by the peanut-butter (if needed add more peanut-butter/maple syrup.) Finally, place it in a baking pan and put it in the fridge for about an hour. Once hardened cut into squares and enjoy!

Mexican rice bowl: quick and easy meal you can prepare with some left over white rice! 🍚 We started off by sautéing finely chopped onions and red bell peppers in olive oil. Once the onions, peppers and tomatoes softened, we added in the frozen corn. When all the vegetables were cooked we added in half a can of tomato paste, a about 1/2-1 cup of water, black pepper, and himalayan pink salt. We let it simmer for a about 2 minutes until all the water had dissolved and everything was well combined. We then added the leftover rice and stirred until it was warm and well coated in the sauce. Once completed, we topped it off with some slices of avocado!

Our ultimate sweet potato-black bean burger patties with a side of fries! 🍔🍟 To make these burgers mash 1 whole baked sweet potato without the skin and a rinsed can of black beans. Once those two ingredients are mashed together add 1 cup of oat flour (just grind up oats in a blender), caramelized diced onions, 1 table spoon of hot paprika, 1 table spoon of cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, himalayan pink salt, and Sriracha (amount depends on how spicy you like it.) 🌶 After all the ingredients are combined, form into small patties and then grill on a pan with olive oil until both sides are a dark golden brown color. Once fully cooked they are ready to serve with whatever toppings you like! On the side of these are our oven baked fries. Just slice a few potatoes into evenly thick pieces, then drizzle with some olive oil and season with hot paprika, himalayan pink salt, and black pepper. Place in a 375° oven until they develop a golden brown and crispy layer!

Chilli: on white jasmine rice topped off with fresh avocado slices and scallions! Nothing better than a nice pot of chili for this chilly weather ❄️ For the chili, we started off with sautéing onions, carrots, celery, yellow bell pepper, and tomatoes in olive oil. Once the vegetables started getting soft and translucent we added in the spices. About one tablespoon of hot paprika, two tablespoons of cumin, black pepper, and himalayan sea salt. Then we let the flavors combine for about 5 minutes and then added in two cans of red kidney beans, one can of black beans, kale, a can of tomato paste and 2-4 cups of water. We let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes till the consistency became thick and ready to be served!

Rice bowl: with a side of eggplant cooked in marinara sauce. For the eggplant dish we sautéed some garlic and onions in olive oil. Then added chopped up eggplant and diced tomatoes. Once the eggplant and tomatoes were cooked we added a whole can of tomato paste, a cup of water, chilli flakes, himalayan pink salt, and pepper. We let it simmer for about 10 minutes until everything was fully cooked and softened! 🍚🍆🍅

Once they started softening up and getting a slight brown color we crumbled in firm tofu. We added more olive oil and waited until it started getting a bit crispy and then added nutritional yeast, himalayan pink salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, and pinch of hot paprika. Lastly, we added some spinach and then stirred it all together until everything was fully cooked and combined well. •Spicy Mayo: we combined vegan mayo with paprika and pepper and stirred until everything was mixed well (you can also add sriracha for an extra kick!) 🌶 •Sautéed vegetables: in olive oil, we sautéed mushroom and onions. Once onions got caramelized and mushrooms were fully cooked, we seasoned it with himalayan pink salt and pepper. Finally, we assembled all the ingredients in the sandwich and were able to enjoy! 😋

Rice Bowl: white jasmine rice topped with chickpeas that are seasoned with paprika and fried cauliflower. We fried the cauliflower in an oatmeal batter and than sautéed it in a soy-sauce, ginger, garlic, and maple syrup sauce! 😋

Rice Bowl ✌🏻️: For this rice bowl, we topped white jasmine rice with a chickpea coconut-curry! In this curry specifically we put chickpeas, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, celery, boc-choy, spinach, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, himalayan sea salt, pepper, water, and coconut milk. We first sautéed the vegetables and then added the water and coconut milk. Once brought to a boil, we reduced the heat and let it simmer for about 30-45 minutes until all the vegetables were fully cooked and the stew was nice and thick! Every time we make this recipe we use different vegetables depending on what we have on hand :)

Rice Bowl: White jasmine rice topped with sautéed eggplants, sweet potatoes, and a drizzle of sriracha! •Rice → Boil 1 cup of rice with 1 ½ cup of water and a teaspoon of salt. Once boiled reduce to simmer and let it sit for 15 minutes. 🍚 •Eggplant → cut eggplants into cubes and sauté on a pan on medium heat with olive oil, chili flakes, himalayan sea salt, and pepper until fully cooked. 🍆 •Sweet potato → cut into small cubes and sauté on a pan with olive oil and paprika until soft and crispy. 🍠

Morning oats: Perfect for this chilly weather, we decided to make a simple bowl of oats! ❄️ Combine a ½ cup of plain steel cut oats with 1 cup of hot water, let it simmer and stir till you reach the consistency of your choice. We topped it all off with cinnamon, chia seeds, and a tablespoon (or four 😜) of peanut-butter!

Kale-Butternut Squash Salad: •Butternut Squash → cut the butternut squash into small cubes & roast them in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil in 400° oven until soft and golden brown. •Toppings → in a pan, roast pecans and dried cranberries until slightly roasted. •Dressing → in a small container, put olive oil, Dijon Mustard, Brown Sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt, Pepper and shake well until fully combined. •Assembling the salad → cut the Kale into small pieces and then toss the dressing thoroughly. Finish off with adding the roasted butternut squash, cranberries, and pecans. Toss it all together until combined!

Chickpea Salad Sandwich: Whole grain toast topped with slices of tomatoes, spinach, and chickpea salad. Chickpea Salad Recipe → combine mashed chickpeas, caramelized onions and celery, cranberries, along with Cumin, Turmeric, Himalayan Sea Salt, Pepper, Dijon Mustard, and Vegan Mayo.
