HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! switching things up a lil, here is a...Crazy colorful. Immune boosting. Customizable. Fool proof recipe!
INGREDIENTS: 1 spiraled cucumber, 1 spiraled zucchini, 2 large spiraled carrots, 1-2 tbsp hemp hearts, 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced + any and all other types of veggies (I used beets, and a ton of kale)
DRESSING: 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1-2 large tbsp almond butter ( or peanut butter) , juice from 1 lemon (or lime), 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or Tamari) , pinch o salt
Mix all dressing ingredients together and massage into all other ingredients and voila!
