Morning routines have never been a strong suit of mine (definitely during times of travel ((which has pretty much been since I was 19)). HOWEVER, as of late I’ve been rising with the sun and going on morning hikes in nature. I don’t take my phone. I don’t take my camera and I can honestly say it has been the best part of my day for days in a row. There’s something so magical about being awake before everyone else. 🌝
Today I am starting my day with a huge bowl of banana nice cream blended with organic peanut butter, soy protein + homemade oat milk. ✨🌞🍌 Topped with a dollop of sunflower seed butta, goji’s, hemp, chia, flax, blubes & razzledazzles! Loading up on fats and proteins this a.m! 💪🏻 On another note, I discovered @drelizabethlive , she’s 59 years young, 💯 % plant based & really friken’ inspiring! Check her out!
