I am well aware of the fact that I am in no way shape or form a food stylist. I have no idea what I’m doing most of the time. I usually go with the “feels”. My gut is literally all I’ve got: I follow my instincts when it comes to creating and living life in general.
I do, however, enjoy presenting my food in an appetizing manner. I have immense respect for people who know exactly how to tell stories with their photos, something I’m amazed by as much as I am pleasantly mystified.
This is me, snapping a photo in the moment, as soon as I was done shooting a video. It’s not a story as much as it is a feeling of “I wish you all could share this with me right now”. 😊
The same goes with my videos: I want you to see yourselves in my position, to see yourselves making these recipes at home and share that sense of accomplishment.
Lately, I have received so many messages from a lot of you who have tried my recipes and have loved them as much as I do, That brings me such hope, joy, and contentment, knowing that not a single earthling had to suffer for that meal and many others. It is why I created @mymeatlessmeals whether you’re vegan or not- if you’re following me, I appreciate you all the same.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey here, even though, at times, I feel, I’m still lacking certain skills (food styling and photography, to name a few)😂. But you all have always appreciated my creativity and my craft, despite the fact that I’m rather different from other accounts and obviously not as polished. So, for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This page is not a business; it is purely my passion, which is why I’m staying true to myself. I have embraced the imperfection that is my individuality, and feeling rather scare to share that with the world. Yet here I am. And I would do it all over again.
For all the pride and joy you all have brought me, from your nice comments and lovely feedbacks to simple messages expressing your gratitude- in this moment, I literally do not wish for anything more. (Except for everyone to go vegan and have my own cookbook one day, in the future 😂😁)
