We have new followers, so I think that is good to remember some basic things in Ayurveda Science. The first one is the elements and the doshas.
Ayurveda is acknowledged as the traditional healing system of India and it is based on the fact that your body is made up from the 5 natural elements: fire, water, space, air and earth. *
The way these elements are combine in your body is unique and define your Dosha. They say that whenever your Dosha is in balance, you are a healthy person. And you can know your Dosha by knowing you. Vata, for example, normally have dry skin, a non stop mind, an irregular hungry and digestion, they use to talk very fast, they cannot concentrate in doing one thing - reading a book can be very challenger rs *
So, as you notice, Ayurveda is not all about food, it is a holl science about how our body is formed, how it works and how you are unique. It is about way of life, about a holistic view of body/mind and spirit. *
That is why what is good for me is not good for you! So don't try to be like other person, learn about you and be glad!
I will talk little by little about Ayurveda, this is just a superficial overview to introduce you to it.
