WEEK 1: roasted cherry tomatoes, basil pesto, goat cheese, parmesan/cotija blend, pinenuts
WEEK 2: sauteed broccoli and cauliflower w/ garlic oil base, 4-cheese blend
WEEK 3: jersey-milk ricotta with mint and lemon, summer squash strings, pesto base, toasted hazelnuts, 4-cheese blend, pea shoots
WEEK 4: maitake, royal trumpet, and cremini mushrooms, Pantaleo Sardinia goat milk cheese, parmesan/cotija blend, chives
WEEK 5: kohlrabi batons, kohlrabi leaf pesto, sliced garlic, goat cheese, purple mizuna, and sorrel
WEEK 6: cheese course pizza! Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam, pickled peaches, fresh nectarines, First Light Farm greens, garlic oil base, parmesan flatbread
WEEK 7: Mexican street corn! summer sweet corn, lime/garlic/chili white sauce base, green onions, cotija cheese, cilantro
WEEK 8: onions 4 ways - caramelized onion and garlic base, fire roasted spring onions, broiled scallions, fresh chives, 4-cheese blend
WEEK 9: aloo gobi vegan Indian curry "pizza" - cauliflower, potatoes, curry sauce base, dill flowers, green coriander
WEEK 10: summer romano beans, romesco sauce, 4-cheese blend
WEEK 11: Turnip Up to 11! (not pictured, too busy to get pics!), butter roasted Japanese Hinona Kabu turnips, turnip greens pesto, goat cheese, 4-cheese blend, parsley. We still can't believe we sold out of TURNIP PIZZA! We had so many turnips... you guys are awesome for trusting us and mowing down your veggies!
WEEK 12: (also not pictured; it was madness that last weekend!) oven-roasted Early Girl tomatoes, pesto base, goat cheese, parmesan/cotija blend, pinenuts (it's a repeat for good reason... YUM!) If anyone has pics of those last two pizzas, please DM me! ❤
