What's your vision? What do you see yourself providing to the world? Are you unsure of what your purpose is or do you have a vision but it’s unclear?
🧠 For the longest time, I didn't know who I was and what my purpose was. Whenever I tried looking at successful people to see what they did that was different, I noticed that they all had this "vision" and they worked to make it into a reality. Knowing this, however, caused me even more stress and uneasiness because I just couldn't figure out what I had to offer. I believe that most people have a vision of how they want their lives to be and an idea of their purpose in this world. However, due to the lack of self belief and wavering of doing good actions, these visions get clouded which furthermore makes us quit. Good things take time and by thinking and doing good, we are constantly getting rid of the smoke surrounding our purpose. No matter what it is that you're doing, if the main goal is to make yourself better and one day make others around you better, your vision will soon be clear.
💪🏽 Let's talk about vision in the gym. So you have an idea of how you want your body to look or how heavy you want to lift. The ONLY way you're going to get closer to your vision is by putting in the work with an unwavering approach. Being lazy, skipping workouts, making excuses, and not believing in yourself will poison your vision and cause you to lose sight of them. The term "do you" gets thrown around so much but have a purpose and seriously...DO YOU. #doyou
