Every now and then I struggle with negative self talk, and internal dialogue.
"I can't do it".
"I'm not good enough/strong enough/smart enough".
"What if I fail?"
"What if they laugh at me?"
I have to remind myself that my thoughts shape my actions, my behavior. Most of the time if we don't think we can do something, then we won't even try. But you'll never know unless you take that first step, and try.
So just remember,
