#yogalove mood. Lesson today: no matter how out of whack you are, you can reset into a state of equilibrium. You just need to know what works for you, make that choice, believe in it and be open to grace.
▶️I had this deep and pervasive angst today. I knew yoga practise would help reset me, however in that time between the end of work and getting to class while making dinner, I was in a self-defeating state of mind. Debated myself. Questioned myself. Berated myself. However, I made the choice to show up. When I laid out my mat and got ready at the studio before class, change started in that familiar space. Then @aleveffer came in to start the class and it was like she was reading my mind. The theme, sequence, pace, everything was what I needed to come back to center. It might sound weird given that it was an #armbalance peak pose (flying pigeon / #ekapadagalavasana) but it felt very peaceful and comforting. Feeling #allthefeels still. Thank you Alë🤗🙏🏽
