"Who Can See The Future?"
Watercolor on paper
I took the long route to becoming an artist. I worked in Human Resource and Internal Audit for years. Later, I became a Lecturer, Gemologist and Mother. When asked why I paint certain things the way I do, I think I can attribute it to having no arts training. Instead, accumulating diverse life experiences gave me a set of peculiar visual lenses.
Therefore, to everyone who hasn't decided what they want to do with their lives, I say, it's ok not to know. Keep looking and when you think you've found it, don't be afraid to be wrong. Because...who can see the future?
