I have a love/hate relationship with the phrase:
SWEATING FOR THE WEDDING 💪🏽 Yes.
I get why it inspires us (myself included,) to motivate ourselves with a specific date and event that we want to look good for.
BUT, I knew I wanted advice from an expert to give us the details from a pro’s point of view. Aka, what works, and what’s completely wrong about weight loss.
