🌿GET HEALTHY🌿 its Wednesday, half way through the week, and it’s almost been a week that I’m back from the west coast! Time flies, although I ate exceptionally well when being on vacay, I still cheated with all the eating out, I don’t regret it in least bit, as I got to enjoy amazing eats in @ @ 😋
Part of my goals for 2019 is to get even healthier in terms of my eating habits and keeping my body always moving 🙌
But, you just got to do it, getting back on track is crucial for me, as I tend to lead a more clean and healthy lifestyle!
One of my favourite breakfast is my favourite @ Organic yogurt in lactose free, I topped it with kiwi, blackberries and blueberries and a tad of Ceylon cinnamon. Nothing feels better than fuelling your inner-self with food that is beneficial and nutritious!
