#sliding into a new week!
Did you know that #monday is the most dreaded day of the week? Researchers at the University of Essex in Britain actually did a study on the days of the week, confirming that poor #monday is the clear winner for the most hated day of the week. The study even showed that people’s moods started shifting #Sunday afternoon when they could feel Monday looming in the distance. #Wednesday was found to be the most productive day of the week and #Friday came in as a fan favourite (who doesn’t like Friday?) so how can we help out poor #monday?? Start asking yourself #why you hate the beginning of the week? Is it because you can’t stand your job? Still feel like your catching up from a busy weekend? Or is it simply the fact that Monday means time to get back to the grind and you just don’t feel like grinding?? Either way, it’s time we re-prioritize our lives so everyday feels like the beloved Friday! Find a job you love. Fuel your #passions. Set a plan for the week and go after it. I actually believe that one of the most underestimated secrets to #happiness is finding a routine specific to your wants and needs and sticking to it. Surround yourself with people and things that make you feel good. It’s time we stop hating #monday and start digging deep, making the changes we need to (no matter how scary they may be) and find the joy in #everyday. -And on that note #happymonday you got this 👊❤️😘
