Museum no. 3 - @maritimesmuseum Hamburg
I've spent last weekend in Hamburg (Germany) and have visited this wonderful museum there.
Well, where to start from? It's located in a former warehouse, one of those beautiful historical brick industrial buildings in Hamburg's harbour. You're entering it over the bridge (so it feels almost like you're boarding the ship).
On its 9 floors (or 'decks', how they call them) they are exhibiting maritime paintings, ship models and other objects related to maritime history. There were so many interesting objects there, it's a museum where you could easily spent the whole day.
It's great for adults, but it's also perfect for kids - there is a huge model of Queen Mary 2 made of Lego on the first floor :) Not sure who liked it more, my husband or son.
So, if you happen to be in Hamburg, be sure to visit this awesome place.
