Since coming back from injury I’ve been doing lots of tempo lifting (and mobility #SwoleAndFlexy ) with the goal to minimise risk of injury reoccurring #Prehabilitation and it’s making me feel gooooood 😁 . . . Give this superset a go: —- 5 sets, 1 every 3 minutes: - 8 RDL w/ 2 second eccentric phase - 8 Ring Rows w/ 2 second eccentric phase (vid cut short 😒 but you get the idea...) . . .
