I was super excited this morning though, because I’ve been slowly weaning myself off my binder - as it has served its purpose and I’m pretty much using it as a safety blanket. So I though, no need for a compression top, nothing between me and the T-shirt. Time to whack out my @ t-shirt 😍😍
It felt fucking incredible to run with no skin, no binder, no compression 😍
I haven’t lost too much of my fitness in regards to interval running so I’m quite pleased I managed to smash out a 5K.
